Our Glide Control Panel and Asset Control is a unique system developed specifically for Glide Hosting. In addition to being our own system, it is also a constant 'work in progress' and we are continuously adding new features. Peer 1's 100% Cisco powered internal network prioritizes high performance and redundancy. State of the art, fault tolerant software utilizes Hot Standby Router Protocol (HSRP), guaranteeing that in the event that a router or router port fails, the hot standby router will take over within a maximum of 40 seconds.

Our servers enjoy an air-conditioned, secure area protected from the outside world by security staff, cameras, key cards, pin codes and locks. UPS systems and diesel generators keep them running while the Cisco powered network keeps them continuously connected so your customers can reach you 24 hours a day.

We use enterprise-class Compaq Proliant servers. All of our servers contain redundant power supplies, redundant cooling fans, and RAID 5 redundant SCSI storage systems. These are powerful, multiprocessor, redundant machines optimized for maximum uptime.
